Industrial Systems AG
The right technology.
Founded in 1849, Egro Industrial Systems AG is one of the oldest industrial companies in Switzerland. Innovations such as the Bircher Raffel, the first fully automatic coffee machine or patents in the field of sanitary fittings originate from her.
Today, EGRO Industrial Systems AG focuses mainly on the contract manufacturing of Large series in the area of tool-based sheet metal forming such as hydromechanical deep drawing, spinning and punching. It also has a large welding competence (e.g. 3D and pressure vessels). In the field of flexible sheet metal forming, Egro Industrial Systems AG is small and medium quantities oriented.
Egro Industrial Systems AG Niederrohrdorf (EIS) has been part of SwissFactory.Group AG since 2020. We see ourselves as an efficient and flexible supplier of thin sheet components. The strengths lie in the machining of complex parts made of special steel, as well as light and non-ferrous metals in small and medium series.
Core competencies include:
- 2D and 3D laser cutting,
- the folding,
- deep drawing including hydromechanical deep drawing,
- the squeeze,
- welding including robot welding
- 3D laser welding
- the surface finishing.
Material competences: Stainless steel alloys, High alloy special steels (Haynes, Nimonic etc.), Aluminium alloys, Brass, Copper, Steel, Zintec.
