Your pro­file

  • Basic train­ing as a poly­me­chanic / design engi­neer or similar
  • Con­fi­dent han­dling of 3D CAD pro­grams (Solid Works is an advantage)
  • Very good knowl­edge of the Office palette

Your role

In this key hub role, you will be respon­si­ble for the launch of new cus­tomer prod­ucts and their prof­itabil­ity through­out the life­cy­cle. In doing so, you con­trol team mem­bers from dif­fer­ent areas. They imple­ment the cus­tomer strat­egy in our com­pany and real­ize our suc­cess through the suc­cess of our cus­tomers.   • Struc­tured takeover of cus­tomer projects and cus­tomer pro­grams from Busi­ness Devel­op­ment and sub­se­quent ini­ti­a­tion of implementation
  • Project and pro­gram man­age­ment of the value cre­ation steps pro­cure­ment, logis­tics, pro­duc­tion, deliv­ery and ser­vice in an inter­dis­ci­pli­nary team
  • Com­mer­cial and finan­cial man­age­ment of projects and programs
  • Imple­men­ta­tion of opti­miza­tion mea­sures with cus­tomers and inter­dis­ci­pli­nary teams

Your pro­file

For this role, we are look­ing for a cus­tomer-cen­tric think­ing and solu­tion-ori­ented per­son­al­ity with sev­eral years of expe­ri­ence in project and/or prod­uct man­age­ment in an indus­trial envi­ron­ment. You are famil­iar with mod­ern, dig­i­tal work­ing meth­ods (design think­ing, UX/CX, Busi­ness Can­vas, Agile, etc.). You are empa­thetic and enjoy com­mu­ni­cat­ing multi-direc­tion­ally with cus­tomers, the team and other part­ners. In a com­plex world, you can deal with uncer­tainty and cre­ate struc­ture. Through your open nature and ana­lyt­i­cal way of work­ing, you make a sig­nif­i­cant con­tri­bu­tion to the trans­for­ma­tion process that is con­stantly tak­ing place.
