Your role
In this customer-centric role, you will take the lead in bringing innovative and technologically advanced products to life for our customers. For this purpose, you will take over the technical project management for integral product development with the end of the concept phase via prototype construction to the handover to series production.
After they have clearly plausibilized the concept, the customer needs and the scope, they set up the project end-to-end according to the “concurrent engineering” principles. You define the work packages and ensure the integral planning and execution of the entire project at all times. Your role:
- Maintenance and care of all building infrastructure and grounds
- Incident recording, processing as well as their elimination and organization for repair
- Performing and organizing planned maintenance tasks
- Accompanying and securing the external service technicians
- Independent ordering of spare parts and consumables
- Cost control/cost optimization
- Carrying out inspections, performing gardening work and selective cleaning
- Independently pick up and complete small handyman jobs

Your profile:
