Universal clean room from Stoppani
On 400 square meters of clean room area of ISO class 7 Stoppani AG offers its international clientele
tailor-made cleaning, assembly and packaging services. A generous infrastructure
enables the manufacture of a wide variety of products.

Since the start of clean room operations in 1999, Stoppani has completed a variety of orders in the thin film coating, semiconductor and LED manufacturing, optics and solar industries. Thanks to many years of experience in the above-mentioned fields, Stoppani AG is today in a position to handle even the most demanding tasks for its customers.

Clean in — clean out

In addition to the assembly areas inside and outside the clean room, Stoppani AG has extensive production facilities for clamping and forming metal processing. The processes upstream of cleanroom assembly are consistently adapted to the requirements in the cleanroom. Contamination on semi-finished products intended for further processing in the clean room is consistently avoided. Components delivered in cleanroom packaging enter the cleanroom via a two-chamber material lock. All other materials are cleaned and dried in cleaning plants. The largest of the systems allows the cleaning of parts with dimensions of up to 230 x 160 x 120 centimetres and a weight of 1800 kilograms. Modular carriers allow even unusually shaped objects to be accommodated. A compact washing system is used for the cost-efficient cleaning of small parts and medium-sized components. The cleaning processes are optimally adapted to the nature of the material to be cleaned. This ensures that the parts are handled as gently as possible and still arrive inside the clean room free of particles and grease. Proven processes flexibly implemented Demand-controlled processes ensure that materials in the clean room are quickly further processed and packaged. Through the consistent design of the assembly according to the flow principle, throughput times are reduced to a minimum. One advantage of this approach is the ability to respond very quickly to customer change requests. At the same time, high surface cleanliness can be ensured due to the short exposure time.

Thanks to experienced, diversely trained and flexibly deployable employees, Stoppani AG is able to cope with even strong fluctuations in demand. The willingness to continuously invest in the expansion of cleanroom infrastructure makes Stoppani AG the partner of choice for demanding companies from the entire cleanroom industry.

There are around 3000 contract manufacturers in Switzerland, who often produce parts for larger industrial companies under high price pressure. The Covid 19 crisis has further worsened their difficult situation. At the same time, Swiss Factory is a new provider. He relies heavily on robotization.
