We design and manufacture your tools according to part drawings and specifications. The choice of material and design of the tool depends on the desired service life and the specific requirements. We manufacture everything from prototypes to series parts in all possible technologies. Forming and deep-drawing tools (classic forming tools for maximum degrees of forming, tool size up to 1000 mm x 2000 mm, design of the forming section using FEM forming simulation, choice of high-strength aluminium or steel, hard material-coated, polished surfaces with optimised friction values for minimum lubrication), trimming and pressing tools (combined tools in aluminium/steel, hardened cutting edges for long tool life, combined pressing/cutting stations, with and without flanging, as few stations as possible to reduce costs, tool size up to 1000 mm x 2000 mm), progressive cutting and composite tools (tool size up to 500 x 1000 mm, bending, embossing, deep drawing, extrusion and fine cutting operations, strip transfer with laser monitoring). We also offer cutting, pressing and bending operations, controlled by PLC.
