We take over the engineering, planning, manufacturing & assembly, onsite installation, maintenance & service for special machines, including electronic and hydraulic components, for instance, for automation devices. ​

 

The Turningator 6000C is used for maintenance work in the hydropower plant sector. This processing centre allows turbine housings, covers, and ball valves to be machined directly on-site. Thanks to its flexible mobile design, the processing centre can be easily transported to the site in the container. With the integrated CNC technology, any shape or contour can be efficiently produced at the highest precision and maximum speed. This results in reduced maintenance time and significant energy savings. 

For two large bridge projects of our client, we manufactured 26 winches with a carrying capacity of up to 180t. Thanks to our modern infrastructure, producing all components under one roof was possible. We milled the winch drums with a diameter of 1'200 mm and a length of 3'170 mm on our DMU 600 P. In addition, the following tasks were carried out: welding of all components with corresponding testing, mechanical processing and assembly, painting, and assistance with commissioning and loading into containers. The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is a road link between Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macau. The Chinese infrastructure project consists of several bridges, tunnels and artificial islands at the Pearl River delta.
