Roasting Plant, a group of coffee lovers from the Lower East Side in New York City, set out to create the perfect, freshly roasted cup of coffee. Roasting Plant Coffee was founded by Mike Caswell in his garage with the invention of Javabot, a roasting and brewing system for coffee. 

The special thing: Every cup is brewed to order from any bean or individual blend in less than a minute. An experience of artisanal quality, which coffee lovers can enjoy on their way to work or simply for pleasure. The SwissFactory.Group was able to support Roasting Plant in the planning and implementation of the industrialized plant.
